The Institute at Palm Key is a dedicated leader in lifelong learning situated in a unique natural Lowcountry environment. Surrounded by over 350 acres of salt marshes, tidal creeks and the Broad River, the non-profit Institute at Palm Key serves as an outdoor laboratory featuring unlimited access to the ecological, geological and historical sites of the region.

Serving as an island of learning in the midst of the natural beauty of the Lowcountry, the Institute at Palm Key offers educational and team building programs to corporations, adults, youth and children in concert with the rich ecology, art and history of the region. Come and experience our dedicated staff and volunteers in a unique and exciting learning experience for a day or a week.

The non-profit Institute at Palm Key is dedicated to lifelong education and recognizes the challenges of school administrators, teachers and staff. The Institute is committed to this cause and has developed educational programs to supplement and enhance the teachings offered by academic specialists.

The Institute at Palm Key offers curriculum embedded programs for science, language arts, math and art based on State standards for public, private and home schooling. The Institute also offers a variety of day and overnight team building programs that promote self esteem and civic responsibility.
